We have a robust internal complaints process and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly.
Independent disputes resolution scheme
If we are not able to resolve your complaint and a dead lock situation is reached between you and us, you may refer the matter to an independent disputes resolution scheme operated by Financial Disputes Resolution Service ( FDSR ) by emailing – firstname.lastname@example.org or free calling on 0508337 337.
We have 40 days to respond to your complaint.
Full details of how to access the FDRS scheme can also be obtained on their web site.
There is no cost to you to use the services of FDSR.
